This wonderful blend was originally named Rose Peony for mommies-to-be. However, the overwhelming enthusiasm for this blend by our male customers caused us to rename it Lavender Rose White Tea.

Organic Bai Mu Dan or "White Peony" is blended with roses, organic lavender, and organic lemon verbena for a fragrant and light-bodied tea with low amounts of caffeine.

Ingredients:

Chinese White Tea*, Lavender*, Lemon Verbena*, and Pink & Red Roses.

*Organically Grown.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS (8 oz. serving)

  1. Scoop a mounded tablespoon of tea leaves into your infuser.
  2. Heat water to 185° - 190° (just before boiling).
  3. Pour 8 oz. of water over tea leaves.
  4. Steep tea for 3-4 minutes (depending on taste preference).
  5. Remove infuser and enjoy tea.

POTFUL:

For every cup to be served, put one mounded tablespoon of leaves into your infuser, cover with 8 oz. of 185°-190° water, and allow to steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the infuser and serve!

ICED TEA INSTRUCTIONS:

Our opinion is that a cooled concentrate works best, as regular-strength brew tends to become watery as the ice melts. So, use the above leaf quantities, but half the water, allow it to cool, then pour it over ice and enjoy! The brew will dilute down to proper strength as the ice melts.
