This wonderful blend was originally named "Rose Peony - Pregnancy Tea" because it was created with pregnancy-safe herbs. However the overwhelming enthusiasm for this blend by our male customers caused us to rename it Lavender Rose White Tea.
1.4 oz. Tin of premium loose leaf tea. Makes approx. 20 cups.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
BY THE CUP: An optimal 8-oz. cup uses one TBSP of dry leaf, water at 180°, and 3 - 5 minutes to steep. Hotter water or more leaf requires shorter brew time. Cooler water calls for longer steeping. Less leaf will produce a weaker, less appetizing cup. It is not recommended to re-steep white teas.
POTFUL: Place in your infuser one TBSP of tea leaves for every 8 oz. of water, following the instructions above. Steep for 3 - 5 minutes, depending on your taste preference.
ICED TEA INSTRUCTIONS: Our opinion is that making a tea concentrate is best. So, use the above leaf quantities, but half the water. Allow the concentrate to cool, then pour it over ice and enjoy! The brew will dilute down to proper strength as the ice melts.
For best brewing, be sure to pre-warm your mug or pot with a splash of hot water before steeping your fine tea.
