A rich, sweet and smooth selection of compressed puerh (fermented Chinese tea) scented with aromatic chrysanthemum flowers. A great selection for morning or evening, particularly after meals.
Chinese cooked Puerh Tea, chrysanthemum flowers.
- Unwrap one mini tuocha and put into an infuser. Place infuser into a mug.
- Heat water to 195° - 212° (right around boiling).
- Pour 8 oz. of water over tea leaves.
- Steep tea for 3-10 minutes (depending on taste preference and desired darkeness).
- Remove infuser and enjoy tea.
If the shortest steep time is used, this tea can be infused 3 times!
As above, put one tuocha into your infuser for
every cup of tea you wish to drink. Next, place the infuser in your pot
and fill the pot with the appropriate amount of 195°-to-boiling water
and let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how dark & strong
you want your brew. If cooler water is used or the steeping time is kept
to 3 minutes, the same leaves can be infused at least 3 times. Remove
the infuser before drinking.
