1 oz. of loose leaf brews approx. 14 cups.
This soft and elegant tea is perfect for welcoming the return of spring and sunshine. Bird Song Oolong's exquisite base is a Wu-yi varietal oolong, grown at low-elevations in central Taiwan. This lightly oxidized and lightly roasted tea offers natural floral and herbaceous notes after a brief baking process. We pair exceptional oolong with the light fruitiness of chamomile and lemon balm with fragrant rosebuds and rose petals.Oolong teas can be steeped multiple times. With this blend, the flavors of the chamomile, lemon balm and rose will fade with subsequent steeps, but the natural floral notes of the oolong will strengthen. Each brew will be a new experience!Try this tea iced in the hot summer months with a slice of lemon.

Simply add to your infuser one teaspoonful of leaf per 8 oz. of water and place it in your pot, then add the appropriate amount of 208° water and let it steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the infuser and serve!
Our opinion is that a cooled concentrate works best, as regular-strength brew tends to become watery as the ice melts. So, use the above leaf quantities, but half the water, allow it to cool, then pour it over ice and enjoy. The brew will dilute down to proper strength as the ice melts.
