Tea sniffer sets or Aroma Cup Sets are an easy and fun way to enjoy all kinds of tea, especially oolongs. In Mandarin, they are called wen xiang bei, which translates to "smell fragrance cup", definitely an appropriate name.
Simply pour your brewed tea into the tall narrow "sniffer" cup. Then gently pour the tea from the sniffer cup into the bowl-shapes "taster-cup". Alternately smell the tea's lingering aroma from the sniffer cup and then sip the tea from your taster cup. Aromas and flavors change as the tea cools.
